Returns and Exchanges:

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for drip pack coffee or food products due to customer convenience. We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defective, or if the product you received is different from what you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cafe admission tickets: Due to the nature of the tickets, cancellations, refunds, and date/time changes are not accepted after purchase. However, if the cafe is forced to close, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your ticket.
